[FIXED] Heroes of Etheria bug

Custom campaign Heroes of Etheria has two bugs that I noticed.

1. After killing the AI hero he resurrects (appears again). That's how?  

2. My escort unit after death is still available (alive) to be chosen for next time.

These are not bugs:
1. You have hero resurrection activated. In the world map go to menu, options and deselect hero res.
2. Activate perma death option in main menu options. That's menu, options, gameplay.

theres a possible exploit, altyhough it may be an old one. i killed a hero (skirmish) that kept ressing, i kept getting his full xp value on his death, im not sure if this works in erathia,campaign.

its hard to kill a hero twice or three times so, i cant say sometimes this can be the game being sadistic or a probable exploit or both.
