Game crash when i select my hero

As tittle my 31lvl ironman warrior knight crash the game when i click on him or try to select him (in game) in every way.
This started from round 3 in bartonia arena and since then i cant find a way to fix it.
i had also equiped a corrupted item before the round...

I have no problem logging in with my other heroes... but thats still sad

im using version 0.89b

Any help is much apretiated.

I had set compatibility mode for windows xp service pack 2.
Sadly i had deleted that hero but helped a lot so far with similar issues and crashes i had.
Also the game is no more laggy when lots of units are present.
