How do you make the reaper mute again?

I mean when i was little it always bothered me that the reaper never really had any voice lines not even a deathblow battlecry.

But the way this new voice is performed (no offense) is unbearable to me, i mean the deathblow sounds pretty cool but the rest of his voice lines sounds like something that came from an asmr video.
