[FIXED] Resource's Income error

Hi again there, sorry to bother u again.
I searched other bug segnalation but there isnt one like me so I go ahead.
I found out that there is first a discrepancies about what is showed as income in the top right of the corner ( It states 0,25 gold , so in 4 seconds you should get 1 gold / 4 sec , but I got 1 gold sometimes after 4 seconds, some other times after 5 and 6 seconds).
The other bug is about items and skills that gave you income over a resource; I have on this character the  Quarry skill at lvl 4 ( so I start out with 120 more stone and it should generate 0,45 stone sec, but in the right top it is stated that I generate only 0,25 stone).
It happens too with the item bag of gold ,it states to gave 0,45 gold /sec but in the top screen it shows only a mere 0,25 gold/s ( that are actualy less, because as I said before sometimes I receive 1 gold after 4 seconds, some other times after 6 seconds).


I tested this while doing campaign maps ( the original wc3 campaign) and used as chronometer the in-game clock .
As a last thing, I did a little experiment: I started a campaign mission and paused when the clock turned out on 1 minute.
In this case I should have generated 15 gold but instead I got only 10 gold, check it yourself here!
