I can't start the game

I installed the game/mod, the first time I was able to start it and moved around a little talking to a couple of guys, but I had to leave the PC, when I returned and tried to start the game again I can't, it only stays at the "intro movie" and doesn't respond to the mouse or any other key that I can find (like Enter, Tab, Esc etc.). How can I fix this?

If it is the video that is the issue, then try removing the Video folder temporarily. If that doesn't work, you probably need to reset your resolution to the one your PC and monitor is compatible with, by modifying the registry.
