If you destroy an enemy AI tower, the units inside it go scout, ignoring your troops.

Aha! This explains the other bug report: https://the-protectors.forumotion.com/t206-hero-goes-scout-mode. Thanks for spotting it, it greatly reduces my work... err devouring time.

correction: they will not go scout, but into another tower (if available - even to the other side of the map, ignoring you or enemy AI)

this was fixed for 0.8.6 (singleplayer as far as I know).
