Fifth Horseman Campaign - Followed instructions - unable to load

Greetings. Require some help with loading this campaign.

Did a full install with 8.9a/b updates and subsequently downloaded the replacement files for the campaign as per instructions at the sticky in Q/A forum. Able to load any campaign (even the Hero of Etheria, which is supposed to be obsolete), but not the Fifth Horseman. Get a black screen when try. Thanks for attention

Edit:

Compatibility set to Win XP SP3
Run as Administrator
Exceptions to set to Protectors folders at Documents/Program files for antivirus
Protectors folders set to read and write

1. Delete the Heroes of Etheria folder.

3. Delete your saved games folder in Documents/The Protectors
4. Enjoy
