But health profeciency gives health regeneration, not hp. Or in-game description is wrong?

| Still a good point: xp increases all the stats of a unit, so nerfing this proficiency seems in order. | |

| Recruiting proficiency got nerfed in 0.7.1. It now gives +0.5xp per hero level. Thank you all for the observations. | |
