If you are referring to the Wood-Elven chapter, than it is already done (it's chapter 2, the isle of dawn). If you are referring to The Protectors Campaign, playable with any hero of any race, then that will only be fully released in version 1.0 (when everything else is ready). Who knows when that will be?
